If you guys are wondering what is "Cox Fibre Cable" Read this, may be helpful
Can't connect to server
We are experiencing issues as of ~1:30 PM EST on 04/19/14.
Please remain calm, we are doing our best efforts to fix this problem.
Alright so.. this is bigger than just us. Our host Intreppid looks to be down completely for the last 20 minutes.
I suspect if you look around at some other big servers/networks you're going to find they're offline as well.
No ETA since their website (and thus support) is also down.
The website seems to be down too. The wiki and Teamspeak are still up, the dynmap of course isn't.
Teamspeak has been fantastic the whole time! I thought the TS server was on the same machine as the MC server though...
The website (octagami.com) should work if the forums/wiki do.. same webserver. May be an unrelated problem.
Nope TS is hosted with the website/forums.

This may be one of those unfortunate situations where someone drives a backhoe over a fiber route and takes out an entire data center.
I love these pictures you post PT! My day is made every time I see one of these lol!
this is affecting multiple servers including one of the minigame servers I play on sometimes. this is also the longest amount of downtime have experienced.
What's the teamspeak server? I just downloaded ts and the MC server's down so I can't check there.

We are working on a fiber problem impacting our Irvine data center. No ETA at this time.
Hang in there guys! ^_^
That was awesome
Lol, a lot of people don't realise that 99.99% of outer space is nothing and of the atoms that make up the rest, 99.99% of that is nothing too.
A lot of people also don't realize that what .01% of space that is something anything that's not Hydrogen or Helium makes even less than 0.01% of the material in space, so that tree you just chopped up? Congratulations, you just chopped out less than 0.000000000001% of what material there is in space. Oh, like that shiny diamond you got? You better because anything stronger than iron requires a supernova explosion from a star which pretty much is a lot greater than the atomic bombs combined to form any element around or greater than irons density. The more you know!
